Hammond foot switch.  Built to control digital Leslie fast/slow effect. Also works as sustain pedal for a piano or voice when used with the Hammond SK keyboard range.

 

This foot switch can be programmed to control various functions on the XK-1, XK-2, XK-3, XK System, XE-1, XE-2, XK-1c, and Sk Series keyboards. The ¼” jack provided on the FS-9H plugs directly into the Foot Switch connector on these keyboard products.
